By placing an order, you consent to receive order confirmations and delivery updates via WhatsApp. We use WhatsApp solely for: • Order confirmation and updates • Delivery coordination • Customer support related to your orders Your WhatsApp information is not shared with third parties and is used exclusively for order fulfillment purposes.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Iraq. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. You must provide accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for: • Defective or damaged products • Products that don't match the description • Wrong items delivered To initiate a return, contact us immediately with photos and order details. Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images.
